Kota Kinabalu: Is it fair that dogs and cats should keep paying the price for humans, just because they want to rid of something?
Of course, the DBKK staff are not to be blamed as they are only carrying out orders but surely there must be a better method than just capturing and dumping?
If this were the case and DBKK goes round getting rid of stuff humans find annoying, then about the little kids playing and screaming in the neighbourhoods.
