WE are aware that DBKK/district councils etc receive calls of complaints from the public especially about dogs being a “nuisance” attacking etc the public.
As far as dogs are concerned they will not attack unless they are threatened or provoked by someone or something.
Therefore, as we have said so many times, it is not fair that each time someone rings up to complain about dogs, the dogs become the innocent victims!
