MANILA, Philippines — The Department of Health on Monday said there are no active cases of super flu.

Assistant Secretary Albert Domingo told The Manila Times that its current data does not support the possibility of an outbreak, stressing that its surveillance systems continue to monitor cases nationwide.

“No alerts have been raised by the hospitals. We do not wish to speculate beyond what the data provides,” Domingo said.

The agency said that as of December 2025, a total of 63 super flu cases have been reported—all of whom have since recovered.
