To prevent Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin's allegations concerning Yayasan Albukhary from being utilised as campaign material during the anticipated state elections later this year, DAP Chairman Lim Guan Eng announced that he has filed a police case against the former prime minister.
"Don't be like Donald Trump," he adds and advices the former Prime minister to run a campaign based on facts.
Lim stated that it was a highly delicate situation since Muhyiddin accused him of revoking the tax exemption granted to Yayasan Albukhary, an Islamic charitable organisation, when he was the then-finance minister and a non-Muslim.
