Your real estate agent is not your debt collector.
1. You pay your real estate agent a one month's rental equivalent as commission for securing a tenant.
2. Subsequent follow up services like rental reminders, unit inspection and post-tenancy handover are not included within this commission.
3. If you want your agent to manage the property or act as a debt collector on your behalf, pay him/her a fair fee.
