
LABUAN: Sabah should not hurry in opening up its borders to tourists from China until a reliable and clear picture is available on the actual Covid-19 situation in that country.
Sabah-based activist Datuk Patrick Sindu said stringent restrictions on visiting China tourists would not provide a definite shield against the dangerous virus with new variants now.
“It would be prudent to study the impact of China travel permit on other countries before a decision is made.
