TAWAU: Ten hardcore poor and poor families in eight villages here and Semporna were visited by the Sabah State Development Office (PPN), Implementation Coordination Unit, Prime Minister’s Department (JPM ICU).
They are residents of three villages here, namely Kampung Kongsi 8, Kg Sri Menanti and Kg Barisan, and five villages in Semporna, namely Kg Simunul, Kg Tagasan Baru Suno Marso, Kg Air, Kg Tonggulangan and Kg Indani.
The two-day programme called Ziarah Kasih Ihsan started Aug 28 was held in collaboration with the JPM ICU Puspanita Sub-branch and the Sabah PPN Puspanita, led by the JPM ICU Director-General Datuk Seri Wan Ahmad Dahlan Abdul Aziz.
