AC Milan have announced the signing of Villarreal attacker Samuel Chukwueze.
The Nigeria international moves to the Rossonero in a permanent transfer, penning a five-year contract.
Milan announced: "AC Milan is pleased to announce that it has acquired the footballer Samuel Chimerenka Chukwueze from Villarreal CF on a permanent basis. The Nigerian striker has signed a contract with the AC Milan club until as at 30 June 2028.
"Born in Umahaia (Nigeria) on 22 May 1999, Samuel grew up in the Youth Sector of the Diamond Football Academy, before moving to Villarreal in 2017. With the Spanish he scored 4 goals in 20 games in Team B and made his debut in the First Team in September 2018, totaling 207 appearances and 37 goals, winning 1 Europa League. He boasts 28 caps and 4 goals with the Nigeria national team. Samuel Chukwueze will wear the number 21 shirt."
