AC Milan have completed the signing of Chelsea midfielder Ruben Loftus-Cheek.
The England international has penned a four-year deal after passing his medical on Friday.
Loftus-Cheek joins Milan for a fee of 18m plus bonuses.
He made 155 club appearances, having joined as a junior, winning two Premier League titles, the Europa League and the Uefa Super Cup.
Chelsea described Loftus-Cheek as "a dedicated professional and a friendly and popular person", adding: "We wish Ruben the very best as he begins this next chapter in his career."
