Arsenal have raided West Ham's academy for Bowen Phillips.
Phillips leaves West Ham to join Arsenal's U15 team, reports Jeorge Bird's Arsenal youth website.
The youngster is another graduate from the Ryan FC Soccer School, which includes the likes of Michael Obafemi and Dwight Gayle.
Should he impress, Phillips knows he will be quickly be promoted through the age groups, given Ethan Nwaneri's senior debut at 15 years of age and Max Dolman, at 13, now part of the U18 team.
