RB Leipzig have clinched the signing of RB Salzburg striker Benjamin Sesko.
Sesko's agent had been in talks with several clubs, including Manchester United and Newcastle United.
But the Slovenia international has now signed for Leipzig. He will spend the season on-loan with Salzburg, penning a deal to 2028 with Leipzig.
Sesko said, "I am very happy that I can take the step to RB Leipzig in 2023 and that the transfer is already complete. RB Leipzig is one of the top clubs in Germany and is gradually establishing itself among the best teams in Europe.
"A special success story was written here in just a few years - and I would like to be part of shaping it in the future."
