Brighton have signed Boca Juniors wing-back Valentin Barco.
The youngster has joined Brighton on a deal to 2028.
Brighton technical director David Weir: "We have known about Valentin for a long time and have been impressed by the progress he has made at national and international level.
"We are happy to be able to welcome him to the club, and we look forward to seeing how he develops under Roberto De Zerbi.
"He is an exciting subject, but it is also important that we give him the time he needs to settle in and adapt to new surroundings and the Premier League."
