Brighton prospect Bailey Smith has joined Worthing on loan until January.
The 18-year-old prospect made 20 appearances for Brighton under-18s last season, scoring five goals.
Technical director David Weir said, This is a great first step for Bailey into men's football.
"We will be monitoring his progress throughout his time with Worthing."
