Chelsea are closing a deal for Benfica winger Diego Moreira.
The 18 year-old Brazilian has been courted by clubs across Europe in recent months.
Record says PSG and AC Milan have also been keen, but Moreira is committing to Chelsea.
Moreira is regarded among the biggest talents of his age in the game.
And it's now emerged he is ready to sign with the Blues at the end of the season.
