Frank Tsadjout has left AC Milan to join Cremonese.
Cremonese have signed young striker Tsadjout in a permanent deal, Milan announced on Saturday.
Born in Italy, Tsadjout is of Cameroonian descent, he came through the Milan youth system and enjoyed four loan spells away from the club.
The 22 year-old was last season with Pordenone and Ascoli.
