Ugbo spent the second-half of last season on-loan with the Ligue Une club from Genk.
Troyes have announced this morning they've signed Ugbo in a permanent transfer.
The striker has signed a deal to 2026.
Troyes is now under the umbrella of Manchester City's owners City Football Group.
