Former Barcelona and Arsenal midfielder Fran Merida has returned to Spain.
Merida has left China's Tianjin Jinmen Tiger after two years to join Deportivo Lugo of the Primera Federacin.
The 33 year-old said: "It is an opportunity that I am grateful for, I come from an experience in China and I have valued clear things.
"The club has given me many facilities and I am very excited, I really wanted to return to Spain."
Mrida stressed that he moves to Anxo Carro with "his ambition intact" and "to help my teammates and for the team to do well, which is the only important thing".
