Girona have snapped up Villarreal midfielder Ivan Martin.
Martin leaves Villarreal after 11 years with the Yellow Submarine. The midfielder moves to Girona in a permanent transfer.
Martn progressed through the different categories of the yellow youth ranks until he reached the B team, where he became a key player during the seasons in which he wore the yellow jersey.
He reached the final of the playoff for promotion to the second division against UD Melilla in the 2018/19 campaign, which would also be the season of his debut with the first team in the Copa del Rey round of 16 against RCD Espanyol in Cornell (3-1).
