Mainz have signed Liverpool defender Sepp van den Berg.
The Holland U21 international joins the Champions League qualifiers on a season-long loan. The stopper traveled to Germany on Thursday to close the move.
Van den Berg had spent last season on-loan with Schalke.
He has made four first-team appearances for Liverpool since signing in 2019, but has yet to play in the Premier League.
