Liverpool midfielder Naby Keita has agreed a move to Werder Bremen.
It's been announced Keita will join Werder in a Bosman transfer when he comes off contract at Liverpool at the end of the month.
The Guinea international joined the Reds in 2018 from RB Leipzig, but his time in England was plagued by injury.
He leaves Anfield after five seasons, 129 appearances and 11 goals.
Keita lifted the Premier League, Champions League, FIFA Club World Cup, Emirates FA Cup, Carabao Cup and FA Community Shield during his time at the club
