Ivan Perisic has left Tottenham for former club Hajduk Split.
The veteran moves to Hajduk Split on-loan for the rest of the season. His Tottenham contract expires in June.
Hajduk Split have stated Perisic will sign a one-year deal in the summer.
Perisic is currently recovering from an ACL injury and has hopes of making Croatia's Euros squad.
The veteran played youth football for Hajduk Split without making his senior debut.
