Sassuolo have completed the signing of Penarol striker Agustin Alvarez.
Alvarez flew in on Thursday and passed his medical yesterday.
He joins for a fee of €12m plus €2m in bonuses, Penarol will be due 20 per cent from any future sale.
The 21 year-old has signed a five-year contract with Sassuolo.
Alvarez's arrival will see Sassuolo prepared to sell Gianluca Scamacca.
