Former Newcastle United star Jonjo Shelvey has signed for Nottingham Forest.
The midfielder passed his medical and signed on deadline day, penning a two and a half year contract.
Shelvey played over 180 league games for the Magpies, scoring 16 goals for the club.
Manager Eddie Howe said, "Jonjo has been a great servant for the club and we wish him well.
We didn't want him to go but we had to respect the wishes of the player."
