Southampton have signed Tottenham fullback Jayden Meghoma.
The 16-year-old left-back is the second Tottenham Hotspur starlet to make the switch to Staplewood Campus this season, following forward Sam Amo-Ameyaw.
Saints head of recruitment Joe Shields confirmed the deal on social media today.
The club announced the deal for the forward in August, and it now looks confirmed that Meghoma will be joining him and link up with the Saints academy.
Meghoma – born in 2006 – is an England under-17 international and adds to the pool of Young Lions in Saints' academy, including his former teammate, Dom Ballard, Jimmy Jay Morgan and more.
