- DoorDash was hit with a big outage Tuesday as more than 36,000 users reported issues accessing the delivery service.
- “We’re aware of an issue affecting our platform and are working urgently to resolve it. We thank our users for their patience and understanding, and apologize for any inconvenience,” DoorDash wrote on X.
- Reports on DownDetector, a website that tracks outage reports, peaked at around 10:30 a.m. ET. They had started to fall by 11:15 a.m. but users are still reporting issues with the app.
- DoorDash wrote in an update just before noon, “heyyyy...how y'all doin.... we've resolved the issue and are working hard to correct any impacted Dashers and orders ASAP. We are SO sorry. @DoorDash_Help is here to help with any support needs.”
- Music app Spotify was also experiencing issues but later said the problems appeared to have cleared.
