Crystal Palace midfielder Cheick Doucoure is undergoing regular rehabilitation work at the club this season.

The 24-year-old has been working hard for the past three weeks at the club's Copers Cope Road base.

Per The Standard, Doucoure is hoping that he will be back in action around the end of April or the start of May.

He has been working on a bespoke fitness program that is designed to get him ready without any risks to his long term health.

The Mali international has not played since an Achilles tear in a game in November against Luton Town.

Palace will have to fight to hold onto the midfielder in the summer, as he was wanted by a host of top clubs last summer.
