MANILA, Philippines — The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) warned individuals against forging the signature of Secretary Vince Dizon or face administrative or criminal charges.
Friday's warning came after the agency received reports of individuals allegedly producing documents bearing the secretary’s name and signature.
The public works department urged the public to report suspicious documents through the DPWH Hotline 165-02, the agency’s social media accounts, or by email at citizens_feedback@dpwh.gov.ph.
