
The Khemkaran police recovered a drone from the area on Wednesday, while, in separate operations, the Khalra police, in coordination with the Border Security Force (BSF), seized two foreign-made pistols and three empty magazines from two different locations.
According to information, a joint search operation, led by Sub-Inspector Rajib Kumar of the Khemkaran police, led to the recovery of a drone from the vicinity of the Rattoke Border Outpost.
Another police team, led by Sub-Inspector Arju of the Khalra police, recovered a packet from the fields of farmer Salwinder Singh in Wan Tara Singh village, from which a foreign-made pistol and an empty magazine were seized.
In another recovery, the Khalra police found a packet in the fields of farmer Gursahib Singh in Dal village, containing a pistol and two empty magazines.
