Barca are eager for a quick sale and are hoping to rake in 35m.
However, Everton would prefer a loan arrangement and are pushing Barca to compromise and accept their terms.
In parallel, the Blues are also negotiating with Juventus for striker Moise Kean.
Like Barca, Juve are seeking a sale, though again Everton want to take Kean on-loan. The striker is rated at 30m by Juve.
