
KENINGAU: Agrobank donated RM60,000 in the form of Duit Raya and food baskets to 300 asnaf in Sook.
The donations were made during the Agrobank 2024 Ramadan Iftar Ceremony at Masjid Ar-Raudah, recently.
Agrobank Chief Executive Officer Datuk Tengku Ahmad Badli Shah Raja Hussin said this is part of their initiative to give back to the community in conjunction with the coming Syawal.
“We believe such programmes can help foster brotherhood among Muslims in line with our corporate social responsibility principles,” he said, adding that the asnaf group should not be left out of Ramadan and Aidilfitri celebrations.

He thanked Agrobank for organising the event in Sabah, which celebrated all levels of society in need.
Earlier, Agrobank hosted a Money Literacy Programme and religious talks for nearly 50 SMK Sook students.
