Dynamo Moscow defender Dmitry Skopintsev has hopes of teammate Arsen Zakharyan delaying his move to Chelsea.
Chelsea and Dynamo are in talks about a deal for the winger, with financials sanctions against Russia delaying the move.
Skopintsev told Sport-Express: "He makes his own decisions. Of course, 99% in his place would like to move to such a team.
"But we hope that he will grow with us.
"I think he hopes that everything will be fine in the winter, and he will move."
