KUCHING: A 55-year-old e-hailing driver from Sarawak won RM19 million in the Toto 4D Jackpot 1 on July 19 after betting on vehicle registration numbers close to his heart, the New Straits Times reported.
The lucky numbers 6570 and 7068 belonged to his motorcycle and the first car he ever owned, which he had been betting on regularly for sentimental reasons.
He said he was in his car checking his tickets after a night shift when he realised both numbers had hit the top prizes and shouted in disbelief.
