Inter Milan fitness coach Antonio Pintus is delighted with the commitment of the players this season.
Pintus arrived in the summer from Real Madrid.
He told Gazzetta dello Sport: "For me and Antonio Conte, strength is a very important aspect. I don't follow trends and I agree with the coach: to achieve goals you have to train well.
"To counter fatigue we use muscle draining therapies, postural work, massages, and the reintegration of lost energy thanks to proper nutrition.
"Compared to last year, many players, also thanks to our nutritionist Matteo Pincella, have improved their weight and body fat levels."
