Juan Familio-Castillo has agreed terms over a new deal with Chelsea.
The 19-year-old wide-man has put pen-to-paper on a four-year contract at Stamford Bridge, with his previous one expiring this summer, says The Sun.
The Dutch teenager can play left-back or in midfield and Lamps will have the final say on him going out on loan or staying.
It comes after Tariq Uwakwe also signed an extension at Chelsea.
The 19-year-old midfielder penned a three-year deal with the Blues having the option to extend for a further 12 months.
