- Earl Charles Spencer is set to publish a new book about his late sister, Princess Diana, titled Swan Song: Diana, My Sister.
- The book, published by Penguin Michael Joseph, will be released on 22 September ahead of the 30th anniversary of Diana's death.
- Spencer stated he decided to write the account to present the truth about his sister and counter persistent untruths.
- It marks the first time the British peer has spoken openly and at length about Diana's life and the tragic week of her death in August 1997.
- The publication follows Spencer's 10 previous books, including his candid 2024 childhood memoir, A Very Private School.
