Marina Bay Sands is, without a doubt, one of the most recognisable landmarks, not just in Asia, but in the world. Its unique architecture has quickly become an iconic fixture in Singapore and one of the country’s most popular destinations. Since opening in 2010, Marina Bay Sands has transformed to become a hub for entertainment, business and leisure — and of course, dining.
In 2025, the integrated resort underwent a US$1.75 billion transformation (approximately RM6,917,750). And since then, Marina Bay Sands has upped the ante with its standards of hospitality. Think wellness experiences and hotel room upgrades such as The Sands Collection and Paiza Collection. Take the latter, for example. Comprising 370 ultra-private accommodations, the Paiza Collection comes with Savoir mattress in the bedroom and a dedicated arrival lounge.

Marina Bay Sands has something for everyone. For example, there’s the 24-hour Fitness Centre, the SkyPark Observation Deck where the Gardens by the Bay can be seen and the iconic Infinity Pool. For many, the wide array of celebrity restaurants and F&B establishments come to mind when they think of Marina Bay Sands. And it’s easy to see why! The resort consists of more than 80 different dining options — including a selection of eateries having their first outposts in Asia.
With so many restaurants to choose from, it’s clear that making a decision the next time you are at Marina Bay Sands can be difficult. Fret not, because you’ve come to the right place! Visiting Singapore recently and staying at Marina Bay Sands, we had the opportunity to check out and try some of the establishments at the resort. And some for the very first time. Spread throughout the hotel towers and The Shoppes, it’s obvious that there’s a wide variety of cuisines to choose from — from steak fare and Japanese delights to French cuisine and Cantonese food. There’s truly something for everyone.
Here, we have curated a short but succinct list of restaurants at Marina Bay Sands you should try on your next visit to Marina Bay Sands. Bon appetit!
1 | WAKUDA

Since opening in 2022, WAKUDA has become amongst Marina Bay Sands’ most beloved dining establishments. The Tetsuya Wakuda-founded restaurant — situated right at the lobby of Tower 2 — is renowned for its modern interpretation of Japanese fare. Helmed by Executive Chef Pavel Nigai, WAKUDA offers creations that aren’t just beautiful but also utilises seasonal ingredients at their peak. Speaking of beautiful, even the setting is exquisite. Among the notable interior features are the original artworks by Japanese artist Jun Inoue, including a mural with crimson touches called ‘In His Hands’.
When it comes to food, you really can’t go wrong here. In fact, WAKUDA was rated as one of the favourites by the group we were travelling with. Must-haves include dishes such as the ‘Canadian Lobster’ (marinated with citrus and vinegar, accompanied by sea asparagus and shellfish vinaigrette), the refreshing ‘Yuba’ (a simple yet elevated concoction made with fresh bean curd skin and served with Hokkaido sea urchin mountain caviar) and the ‘Charcoal Grilled Wagyu’ which lent itself to some of the most divine bites one can have.
2 | Maison Boulud

Established by celebrity chef Daniel Boulud, Maison Boulud thrives on offering hearty French dishes. Located on Level B1 of The Shoppes, Maison Boulud at the Marina Bay Sands is equal parts stunning, equal parts delicious. From its Mediterranean-inspired interiors and views of the waterfront promenade (on the upper floor) to the immersive menu available, it comes with no surprise that the restaurant is revered. And having had the opportunity to speak to Chef Boulud himself a few years ago, it’s clear his sincerity and passion translates with the dishes.
One of Maison Boulud’s most iconic dishes is, of course, its ‘Seafood Tower’. It’s something you would see on many tables — featuring a selection of mini tartare bowls, prawns, mussels, clams, Maine lobsters and oysters. Another must-try is the ‘Lobster Bisque’, a hearty, buttery and sweet concoction elevated by a touch of chive oil and cooked with Armagnac. The result: velvety sips! If possible, try not to leave Maison Boulud without trying its signature ‘Citron Pistache’, a beautifully made dessert comprising ricotta gelato, Sicilian pistachio chantilly and meringue. It’s tart, refreshing, aromatic and nutty all at the same time.
3 | Jin Ting Wan

Jin Ting Wan was the first restaurant we visited during our recent trip to Marina Bay Sands. The newest restaurant to open in the resort, Jin Ting Wan — located on Level 55 of Tower 1 — takes over the space once occupied by Banyan Tree Spa. Upon stepping out of the elevator, the “oohs” and the “ahhs” from everyone would be enough to signal the allure to come. Dragonfly motifs and Song Dynasty-inspired architecture welcome guests with awe and wonder. On one side, you get beautiful views of the city skyline and on the other, there’s also the sea.
Jin Ting Wan doesn’t only offer a large collection of fine Chinese wines but also a bespoke selection of tea blends created by the in-house tea sommelier. Here, Cantonese cuisine takes centrestage with dishes such as ‘Hokkaido Geoduck with Seaweed in Clear Seafood Broth’, ‘Poached Hokkaido Squid’, ‘Crispy Stuffed Flower Crab Shell with Crab Meat & Kaffir Lime Leaves’ and ‘Braised Angus Short Ribs’ being among its most beloved. However, when you’re at Jin Ting Wan, and if you enjoy duck, check out the ‘Roasted “Pipa” Duck with Tangerine Peel and Water Chestnut’ — slow-roasted over lychee wood. Another classic that Jin Ting Wan is famed for is pictured in the header image: ‘Braised Angus Short Rib with Preserved Vegetable Wrapped in Straw Leaves’.
4 | estiatorio Milos

Opening in Marina Bay Sands in 2024, this is estiatorio Milos’ first-ever restaurant in Asia and 10th international location. Alongside seafood air-flown daily from the Mediterranean, the restaurant — founded by Costas Spiliadis — prides itself on “philoxenia”, a Greek concept meant to make strangers feel at home. And walking into the establishment, you feel exactly that. The team heartwarmingly welcomes you to step into a beautifully designed space that pays tribute to Greece. Framed by an open kitchen, estiatorio Milos features a seafood bar where guests can choose for themselves and decide how they want their seafood options prepared.
During my recent trip, estiatorio Milos was the final dinner at Marina Bay Sands — the last stop before making our way back to Malaysia the next day. And with that, the excitement was at an all-time high. Well, of course, it’s safe to say that estiatorio Milos is a spot I will always think about. From the ‘Milos Special’ comprising sliced zucchini and eggplant to the charcoal-broiled ‘Octopus’ and ‘Astako-Makaronado’, an Athenian-style lobster pasta, there’s a sense of belonging with every bite. Dining here also means you get to enjoy a show in the form of tableside carving, especially if you order the fish baked in sea salt. Make sure to try the ‘Greek Yoghurt Ice Cream’ before you go!
5 | CUT by Wolfgang Puck

If we’re being honest, CUT by Wolfgang Puck really needs no introduction. It’s one of the most popular restaurants in Marina Bay Sands and it’s easy to see why. Awarded one Michelin Star by the Michelin Guide since 2016, CUT has consistently offered classic steakhouse fare with a modern twist. And being Chef Wolfgang Puck’s inaugural opening in Asia, the restaurant also comprises a lot of local twists in its menu. It’s elevated yet casual, with service that’s impeccable and an extensive menu with the aim to wow.
Signature dishes to start with on CUT’s menu include ‘Grilled Octopus with Jalapeno, Pickled Radish, Dashi, Nori and Soy Aioli’, ‘Big Eye Tuna Tartare with Togarashi Chips’ and ‘Maryland Blue Crab Cake’ among others. After that, it’s time to move to something heavier and heartier. If you are here for steak, you will enjoy cuts like the ‘Rib Eye’ (served with house made steak sauce), the ‘New York Sirloin’ (served with Armagnac & Peppercorn sauce) and the ‘Filet Mignon’ (served with Béarnaise sauce). Prefer to share? There’s also the ‘Porterhouse’ that’s perfect for two! If possible (and if you still have room for more), opt for the ‘Baked Alaska’ dessert — a creation comprising coconut cake, pandan ice cream, coconut sorbet and coffee crumble.
Where to stay? At MBS, of course!

Marina Bay Sands’ Sands Collection is a good place to start! Redesigned as part of the resort’s recent transformation, the guest rooms are made to reflect urban sanctuaries. Overlooking either the Singapore Strait, the Singapore cityscape or Garden by the Bay, rooms in the Sands Collection feature plush fabrics, marble floors, polished silver, buffed calf leather, bathroom with double vanities and a bespoke Armoire.
Room types to choose from include Sands Premier Room, Sands Premier Studio, Sands Bay Suite, Sands Premier Suite, Sands Family Suite and Sands Signature Suite. All guests will have access to the SkyPark Infinity Pool on Level 57, the SkyPark Observation Deck and the Fitness Centre. There are also wellness programmes which are complimentary for guests including Sound Meditation and Aqua Fit (with advanced reservation of 48 hours required).
