For those who don’t know Ebit Lew, he’s a preacher and philanthropist who goes around Malaysia and the world to help others in need. Oh, and he’s also being tried for 11 counts of sexual harassment.
But, is this help for real or for show?
Zac took to his Twitter account to call out Ebit Lew for allegedly using a foreign influencer to fake content
Zac wrote, “This Ebit Lew, ever since he was charged with 11 charges related to personal problems, he still doesn’t want to stop? Before this he acted in Malaysia, then in Palestine, now in Indonesia? Doesn’t he feel guilty for using religion for content? P.s. there’s a plot twist in this thread.”
Before we get to the plot twist, let us explain to you what happened
Ebit Lew was in Jakarta, Indonesia, where he allegedly met a ‘homeless’ girl covered in tattoos and sleeping on a piece of cardboard on the street.
He then apparently helped her get back on her feet by giving her money, showing her Islamic teachings, bringing her to Malaysia and using her to promote items on his TikTok page.
Now, here comes Zac’s plat twist
It turns out that the girl, @Mondy_Tatto, is a famous TikTok influencer and she models, even before Ebit Lew had met her.
“A homeless person that models? People used to be obsessed with Ebit Lew, they championed him like he’s so innocent. What, do you think he was scammed by this woman? Big NO. I’m sorry, I don’t hate Ebit Lew, I hate people who ride on religion to gain popularity.”
“On TikTok, Mondy has a lot of content. But she did not post any videos showing that she’s sleeping on cardboard outside a gate.”
@Mondy_Tatto, who previously had over 968,000 followers on TikTok, now has 1 million.
So, what do you think? Could Ebit Lew and Mondy be faking things for content and likes or could this all be a misunderstanding?
