Liverpool defender Joel Matip has been named as the PFA Premier League Player of the Month.
Matip beat out Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang (Arsenal), Callum Wilson (Bournemouth), Ricardo Pereira (Leicester City) and Manchester City's Kevin De Bruyne and Riyad Mahrez to win the online vote.
The stopper was instrumental in helping Liverpool maintain their 100 per cent record through September.
The Reds beat Newcastle United, Chelsea and Sheffield United during that time.
