
Kota Kinabalu: A 68-year-old man was killed in an accident involving four vehicles along Jalan Lintas – Kolombong in front of Starbucks, here, Monday.
The man identified as Tan Hun Keng from Johor was pronounced dead at the scene.
The four vehicles involved an Avanza driven by the deceased, a Lexus carrying a 53-year-old female driver and a male passenger, a lorry driven by a 61-year-old individual, and a Hilux operated by a 54-year-old Korean national.
Based on dashcam footage, the deceased’s car swerved to the far right lane before hitting several cars queuing to make a U-Turn.

The accident caused a massive traffic congestion stretching all the way from Lintas to Kolombong.
Emergency services were promptly dispatched to the location, with a team from the Fire and Rescue Department providing assistance at the accident site.
City Police Inspector Azri was also present to initiate investigations.
