A 64-year-old woman was discovered deceased in her locked home in Taman Azizul Rahman, Kamunting, after firefighters forced entry.
IPOH: An elderly woman was found dead inside a locked house in Taman Azizul Rahman, Kamunting today.
The Perak Fire and Rescue Department received a police request for assistance to force open the door at 1.05 pm.
A team from the Kamunting Fire and Rescue Station arrived at the scene eight minutes later.

They confirmed the door was locked and a victim was inside the premises.
Firefighters used special Paratech equipment to break open the door.
A 64-year-old woman was discovered in the living room of the house.
Health Ministry officials confirmed the victim had died.
The woman’s body was subsequently handed over to the police for further action.
