MANILA, Philippines — Actress Empress Schuck is expecting her second child with husband Vino Guingona.
Schuck announced her pregnancy on Instagram on Friday, posting a series of photos showing her cradling her baby bump while wearing a white gown. She captioned the post: "11 years later [white heart emoji]."
"With a little more of the unknown ahead, but with even greater faith. I know God wrote this story perfectly [white heart emoji]," she added.
The actress also shared a separate video featuring intimate moments with Guingona, including scenes of the couple embracing and celebrating the pregnancy. The clip was simply captioned, "Chapter Four."
The announcement comes nearly 11 years after Schuck welcomed her first child, daughter Athalia, in September 2015.
Schuck married Guingona in 2021 after several years together. Guingona is the grandson of former Vice President Teofisto Guingona.
The couple has largely kept their family life private, occasionally sharing milestones with fans through social media.
Schuck rose to fame as a child actress and has since built a career in television and film, appearing in numerous drama series and movies over the years including "Super Inggo," "100 Days to Heaven" and "The Broken Marriage Vow."
