MANILA, Philippines — K-pop boy group ENHYPEN has secured its first No. 1 album on the Billboard 200 with its latest EP, The Sin: Bliss, marking a new milestone in the group’s growing global career.
The group’s latest EP earned 98,000 equivalent album units in the United States during its first week, ending Aug. 27, according to Luminate. Album sales accounted for 92,000 of the total.
The achievement marks a major milestone for ENHYPEN, which debuted in November 2020 and had previously reached a peak of No. 2 on the Billboard 200 twice — with Romance: Untold in 2024 and The Sin: Vanish in January.
The Sin: Bliss is also ENHYPEN’s seventh album to reach the Billboard 200’s top 10, with all seven entries coming since 2022.
The group now joins a select list of K-pop acts that have topped the Billboard 200. Among boy groups, BTS, SuperM, Stray Kids, ATEEZ and TOMORROW X TOGETHER have previously claimed the No. 1 spot.
K-pop girl groups BLACKPINK, NewJeans, TWICE and KATSEYE have also topped the chart. The original soundtrack of Netflix’s animated hit KPop Demon Hunters likewise reached No. 1.
The Billboard 200 ranks the most popular albums in the United States each week, based on equivalent album units from physical and digital album sales, streaming and digital track downloads.
Released Aug. 21, The Sin: Bliss is ENHYPEN’s first album following the group as a six-member act after former member Heeseung’s departure.
The 10-track EP is the second installment in the group’s The Sin series, which centers on the theme of sin and follows the story of two lovers who break a taboo and flee. It features the lead single “Bloody Paradise” and B-side track “Two Fools.”
The album has also surpassed 2.02 million copies in cumulative sales, earning double-million-seller status.
Filipino ENHYPEN fans will also have the chance to see the group again as it returns to Manila for the “Endless Dunkin’ ENHYPEN Fun Meet” on Oct. 3, 2026, at the SM Mall of Asia Arena.
