As the World Union of Small and Medium Enterprises (WUSME) representative, I learned the winning moment gave Murniati and her family an idea to open a small food stall on the terrace of a shopping center in Central Jakarta, Duta Merlin. Together with her husband, Trisno Budianto & their daughter, Yenny Setia, they started a family owned business creating the recipes, that have become the menu today. Following which, their stall with a distinctive green & bright yellow paint became more popular, raised business opportunities. It became the First Indonesia fast-food franchising business system.
