Looking for an experience you wouldn’t normally get in Malaysia? Don’t have the money to fly off to distant foreign countries to try skiing?
Well, this one is for you.
The Penang Global Tourism Facebook page recently announced the first Ski Slope in Malaysia, nestled at the Escape Theme Park in Penang.
They wrote, “Skiing in Penang? Yup, you read it right! Adding to their list of amusement facilities, Escape Theme Park, Penang, has just introduced the first Ski Slope in Malaysia and also, the one and only in the other side of the island – Teluk Bahang.”
You may be thinking, don’t you need snow for that? Well, we guess not!
“No cold weather or snow in Malaysia but you can still experience the ski-like dry skiing or snowboarding on their Ski Slope.”
And, that’s not all they’re unveiling
“Meanwhile, you can also try out their other latest attraction, the Dead Water Pool where you will not need to do anything to float, on a 4 meter deep pool resembling the one in Jordan,”
“Of course, you must not miss out on challenging yourself to their Guinness World Record-holding attractions, the World’s Longest Water Slide and the World’s Longest Zip Coaster while you are there,” they added.
