Bayer Leverkusen midfielder Charles Aranguiz is attracting interest from Espanyol.
The 33 year-old Chile international has long admitted an ambition to play in Spain.
And with his contract running down, Espanyol are keen to bring Aranguiz to the LaLiga next summer. Also watching developments are Flamengo.
"I'd like to play in Spain, because as far as football is concerned, they play there similar to Brazil," he said.
"It's more about possession, in Germany that's less the case."
