Eurovision 2026: Running order for tonight’s second semi-final

The Eurovision Song Contest is underway in Vienna, Austria, this week, with the second semi-final taking place tonight (Thursday 14 May).

A total of 35 countries are taking part this year, but host country Austria and four of the “Big Five” countries – United Kingdom, Italy, France and Germany – are guaranteed a spot in the final.

Spain – the fifth country typically guaranteed a spot in the final due to its broadcaster making the largest financial contribution to the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) – withdrew from this year’s contest in protest over Israel’s participation.

Four other countries’ broadcasters – Iceland, the Netherlands, Ireland and Slovenia – chose to pull out of Eurovision over the EBU’s decision to allow Israel to compete.

After the first semi-final took place on Tuesday (12 May), a further 15 countries, including Norway, Australia, Armenia and Denmark, will compete for the remaining spots in Saturday’s grand final.

Fans will also get to see performances from the UK’s Look Mum No Computer, along with contestants representing France and host country Austria.
