You know the struggle—circling the parking lot for what feels like forever, finally spotting an empty space, and then realizing it’s… occupied by a python?

That’s exactly what shoppers experienced yesterday at a popular mall in Subang Jaya, Selangor, where a massive snake decided to ‘chup’ a prime parking spot.

In a video shared by TikTok user @nbvdiman, the scene is both amusing and alarming. The clip shows a huge python lying across the parking space, as curious shoppers look on from a safe distance.

The caption reads, “How did the snake end up there?”—a sentiment echoed by thousands of viewers who watched the video.

As the camera zooms in, you can see the python sprawled casually between two parked cars, seemingly unfazed by the vehicles and people around it.

Naturally, netizens couldn’t hold back their amusement. Comments flooded in, with people joking:

“Guess no one’s brave enough to ‘chup’ that spot anymore!”

The mall confirmed in their post that they had “successfully managed this case” and handed the snake over to the relevant authorities.
