Everton are determined to keep hold of Abdoulaye Doucoure.
The midfielder is a target for Al-Ettifaq coach Steven Gerrard this month.
Gerrard sees Doucoure, 31, as a replacement for Jordan Henderson, who left for Ajax last week.
However, the Liverpool Echo says Everton won't encourage any interest in the midfielder.
Further, Doucoure has stated he'd like to end his career playing in England.
