Everton and Leeds United are closing on an agreement for Willy Gnonto.
The Italy international was a rare positive for Leeds during last season's relegation campaign.
TMW says Everton have offered 20m for Gnonto.
However, Leeds are insisting Gnonto won't leave for less then 22m this month. Talks between the two clubs are continuing today.
