Everton boss Frank Lampard admits they're opening new contract talks with goalkeeper Jordan Pickford.
Pickford's current deal expires in the summer of 2024.
And Lampard says the club has begun speaking with the goalkeeper about a new deal.
"The club is talking to Jordan," he stated.
"He is an important player for us. We all want him to stay and Jordan is happy at the club."
